Key Responsibilities :

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance office management practices and implement effective software solutions.
  • Oversee weekly inventory and manage purchase orders for office essentials, kitchen supplies, and promotional items.
  • Keep accurate records and perform audits on all company equipment.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance for our facilities and office equipment.
  • Streamline procedures to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the office and its assets.
  • Manage our diverse software technology stack.

We are looking for candidates with :

  • 3-4 years of experience in office management.
  • A strong tech-savvy background.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize independently.
  • As part of the Office Operations team, you will also plan and execute company meetings and events, from all-hands gatherings to team outings and promotional showcases.

    Work location : New York City, in-office 4 days a week.
