We are looking for an Enterprise Agile & Product Operating Model leader to join our Product Strategy team. This role is designed for an experienced consultant and transformation leader who can bridge the gap between enterprise agility, modern product development practices, and business outcomes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing agile product operating models for large, complex organizations, ensuring that they are aligned with modern ways of working and delivering tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Agile Transformation: Lead large-scale agile transformations, coaching executive stakeholders, product leaders, and delivery teams on agile ways of working that drive measurable business impact.
- Product Operating Model Design: Define and implement modern product operating models that align with business strategy, customer needs, and organizational capabilities.
- Executive Advisory & Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership on agile strategy, product management, and organizational change.
- Organizational Design & Capability Building: Develop scalable structures, governance models, and talent strategies that enable high-performing product and engineering teams.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation: Represent Method in the industry by contributing to thought leadership, speaking at conferences, and publishing insights on enterprise agility and modern product development.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Develop and mentor agile coaches, product leaders, and teams to build internal capability within client organizations.
- Consulting Delivery & Growth: Lead consulting engagements and contribute to business development by shaping new opportunities, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
- Deep expertise in enterprise agility with experience in frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and tailored hybrid models for large organizations.
- Strong product development background, understanding the intersection of lean product management, UX, engineering, and business strategy.
- Proven experience in global consulting firms or digital product consultancies, working with Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Track record of designing and implementing product operating models that scale across multiple teams, business units, and geographies.
- Strong knowledge of organizational change management, governance, and funding models that support agile product organizations.
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on business outcomes, team effectiveness, and customer impact.
- A passion for modern ways of working, continuously learning and evolving best practices in agile, product management, and digital transformation.
- Experience leading large-scale agile transformations in financial services, healthcare, telecom, or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience as a product leader, engineer, or designer in addition to consulting experience.
- Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum@Scale Trainer, or Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) are a plus.
