About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team. As a circulator or scrub, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of surgical care.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing instrument and equipment setup
- Coordinating surgical procedures
- Facilitating effective transitions between procedures
- Using correct body mechanics when moving patients
- Managing patient care and medication
- Reviewing charts for completeness
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center. You must also possess active RN licensure, valid BCLS certification, and ACLS certification as required by the facility. CNOR certification is preferred.
