We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal ICU at Methodist Children's Hospital. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of critically ill newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns and their families.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas or compact license.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire date.
- Neonate Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire date.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
