As a Family Preservation / Reunification Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping struggling families overcome challenges, restore stability, and keep children safely in their homes.

Your one-on-one support will empower parents to regain control of their lives and offer their children a brighter future—right at home where they belong.
What You’ll Do :
- Provide home-based, therapeutic interventions to families at risk of out-of-home child placements.
- Develop customized service plans, setting goals that focus on skill-building and family empowerment.
- Maintain strong relationships with county agencies, local mental health programs, and community resources.
- Offer 24 / 7 availability to client families, ensuring continuous support in times of crisis.
- Collaborate with families and agencies to meet service needs, utilizing community and agency resources.
- Serve a caseload of families for up to 24 weeks, ensuring focused and effective intervention.
- Document case notes and provide timely reporting to supervisors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Conduct follow-ups and participate in program evaluations to track outcomes and improve services.
- Provide consultations to agencies on cases that may not be suitable for family preservation services.
