- The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
- In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
We are seeking an experienced nurse leader to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN licensure in Texas.
