We are currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to :
- Work Sunday-Thursday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
- On call rotation every 4 weeks
- Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Perform repair work on buildings, grounds and plumbing, heating, air conditioning, machinery and equipment
- Also may be involved in construction and remodeling and, as directed, security services
