We are currently seeking a Full-Time Senior Building Maintenance Technician to:
- Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Perform repair work on buildings, grounds and plumbing, heating, air conditioning, machinery and equipment
- Also may be involved in construction and remodeling and, as directed, security services

Required Education/Certification/Licensure:
- High School diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by some trade school or vocational training, is desirable.
Training and Experience:
- Two (2) years experience in most phases of building maintenance.
- Prefer EPA or HVAC certification
Job Knowledge:
- Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills.
- Must be familiar with building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating/air conditioning, etc.
