MRC Cornerstone, a part of Methodist Retirement Communities, is a faith-based non-profit organization in Texarkana, Texas. Sitting on 48 beautifully wooded acres with patio homes, independent living apartments, assisted living units, skilled nursing beds and memory support suites, this premier community seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician.

The Opportunity:
Along with others, this position will be responsible for handling work orders, identifying and performing preventative maintenance, and in general ensuring the property is safe, well maintained, and attractive.
- Good foundation of general maintenance skills (basic plumbing, HVAC servicing, basic electrical, painting, etc.),
- M-F, but although rare, there may be a weekend or evening emergency which might require some attention (on-call is time comes up about every 4 weeks)
