What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bulge Bracket - Technology Vice President position at Metis Search?
Metis Search are currently partnered with a Bulge Bracket IB who are adding Vice Presidents to their Technology group in San Francisco. Applicants must have a Software M&A background with the following credentials :
- 4 years of Software / SaaS sellside M&A experience;
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa;
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written;
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
