Position Overview : Our client, a bulge bracket investment bank, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join their Technology team in San Francisco. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, managing client relationships, and driving the growth of our technology investment banking practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of pitch books and other client presentations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Participate in due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements, conducting market analysis, and assessing business risks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
