Program Description
The MTU Professional Program is designed to help transition college undergraduates into full-time Global Technology roles. A Pro’s journey is comprised of training, ample networking opportunities, leadership lunch-and-learns, professional development sessions, and social/philanthropic activities.
The combination of relevant training/meaningful work/skilled coaching & mentoring, along with a supportive MetLife work culture that aligns to the needs of the business, provides a strong initial framework designed to drive early-in-career success. Here at the MTU Professional Program, we ultimately seek to develop a skilled/adaptable workforce that serves the needs of our 100 million customers worldwide!
MTU Professionals will:
- Strengthen technical skills & develop business acumen
- Build a network of peers and mentors
- Learn first-hand about our culture and business
- Work on projects that will have a direct customer impact
- Present project findings to an audience of peers, managers and leaders
Program Requirements
- Recent undergraduate with less than one year of professional work experience
- Majors sought include, but not limited to: Analytics, Business Administration, CIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Information Technology, MIS, and Statistics
The 2022 Professional Program Start Date will be June 1st
