Position Summary Metrea’s Solutions team is seeking a Pipeline Development Manager (CEMA) to provide technical engagement expertise to our growing Cyber and Electronic Warfare (EW) solution portfolio. Metrea provides advanced, bespoke solutions through best-in-class R&D and engineering, aviation services, and space solutions. With continued investment in next-generation capabilities, the company promotes our legacy of providing elegant solutions to the most demanding national security challenges.
Metrea requires a highly technical professional with a deep understanding of tactical and strategic Cyber and Electronic Warfare missions who brings a track record of success in bridging the delta between operations and engineering. The ideal candidate will have broad market awareness (spanning the Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian spaces) and possess EW, SIGINT, CYBER, Communications, and C5ISR domain expertise, knowledge and creative energy / aptitude. The role will report to the Head of Commercial (US).
- Provide multi-platform demonstration, training, and operation services for Cyber / EW / SI solutions.
- Develop and grow extensive established opportunity portfolio with both existing and potential customers.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain customer relationships across Metrea Aerospace business units.
- Shape, identify, capture, and manage strategic opportunities that support business strategies.
- Provide market and competitor intelligence on market segments where the business unit is engaged, as well as insights on competition specific to individual opportunities.
- Support capture teams to establish overall proposal strategies and themes which clearly differentiate Metrea from competitors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities capable of meeting or exceeding business objectives.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure user operational requirements are documented.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technology developments, and best practices in field service engineering.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
