We are seeking an experienced Lead Builder to oversee ground-up single-family home construction in Winder, GA. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in residential construction, ensuring homes are built efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ground-up construction of single-family homes from start to finish.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective builds.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project flow.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high construction quality and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and project managers throughout the build process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ground-up single-family home construction (townhome experience preferred).
