You will be responsible for…

• Managing ground-up single-family home construction across multiple active communities.
• Overseeing scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project flow.
• Ensuring full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards .
• Conducting regular site inspections , proactively resolving construction challenges.
• Maintaining clear communication with homeowners, vendors, and project managers throughout the build process.
