Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the solar manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy market and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of sales experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
