Metric5 is seeking a Map Service Center Lead.
Description :
- Serve as the team Lead overseeing all aspects of the project.
- Analyze project-related problems and create innovative solutions that may involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components of the project.
- Responsible for delivering and meeting contractual Service Level Agreements.
- Conduct Quality Management for Flood Risk Projects on final regulatory products submitted via the Mapping Information Platform.
- Monitor and support Letter of Map Change (LOMC)and support the resolution of missing, incorrect, or appealed LOMC in repositories and databases.
- Send final digital regulatory product files to National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
- Send monthly community record updates to Community Information System for new map issuances.
- Send monthly Customer database extracts to power users to communicate community map dates and product relationships.
- Reproduce FIRM panel and FIS report for each affected community and ship the products to the community Chief Executive Officer.
- Update the Geoindex for each effective date.
- Process Notice-to-User revisions. Conduct quality checks, reproduce Notice-to-User, ship to community officials, and publish to the Customer website.
- Edit and update the inventory in response to customer feedback and requests, which is captured primarily by the Customer Contact Center.
