Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Answer basic dog grooming, daycare & boarding questions with pricing
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution
- Utilize data entry systems to document customer interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and customer service standards
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Ability to analyze customer information to personalize interactions
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions
