Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of production, safety compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Foster a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency and delivering savings.
- Track and analyze operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement lean manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline production.
- Manage ERP systems and production planning tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Mentor and develop employees to ensure strong succession planning and skill-building.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across departments, including shipping, production, and quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
