Schedule
- Type: Full-time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Focus: 90% clinical patient care, 10% administrative leadership
- Weekends & Holidays: Not required
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Development:
- Mentor, train, and guide clinical staff to foster professional growth and teamwork.
Patient Care:
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient patient care.
Clinical Standards:
- Implement and maintain clinical protocols as outlined in the clinical model playbook.
- Identify and act on opportunities for clinical and operational improvement.
- Ensure precision in record-keeping and billing practices.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain a compliant treatment environment by adhering to the State Practice Act, Workers' Compensation regulations, and other applicable standards.
Qualifications
Education and Credentials:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license in Kentucky (KY).
Board Certification (Preferred):
- Family Medicine
- Occupational or Preventive Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Licensure:
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience in occupational medicine is preferred but not required, as training is available for qualified candidates.
