This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening relationships with physicians, community hospitals, and healthcare providers, ensuring that key stakeholders are well-informed of available services and opportunities for collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Act as an extension of hospital leadership, building relationships with internal and external providers to enhance market share.
- Develop data-driven strategic growth plans, leveraging market analytics, competitor data, and referral patterns.
- Identify and cultivate business development opportunities while maintaining strong physician and provider engagement.
- Conduct outreach efforts to educate community hospitals, clinics, and referring providers on available services.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including outreach activities and financial goals, ensuring alignment with market growth strategies.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, service line management, and physician practice operations to drive strategic initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records and insights within a CRM system to assess marketplace opportunities and trends.
- Work with analytics teams to identify evolving business opportunities and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience:
- 5 years of demonstrated sales experience or relevant work experience.
- 2 years in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong ability to work independently while aligning with strategic business goals.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, economic challenges, and market dynamics.
- Business acumen with the ability to interpret data and create actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building, prospecting, and communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and skilled in managing outreach efforts.
- Experience utilizing CRM tools to track and analyze market data.
