About the Role:
As a PPRO Liaison, you will develop and implement strategic business growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for market research, physician engagement, and data-driven business development to increase service line volumes and referral partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Build strong relationships with physicians, providers, and community hospitals
✔ Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities
✔ Develop and execute strategic business plans
✔ Track KPIs, financial goals, and outreach activities
✔ Partner with leadership to drive service line growth
✔ Ensure effective CRM documentation
✔ Travel frequently to hospitals, clinics, and provider offices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of sales or business development experience
- 2 years in hospital or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare market trends & competitive landscape
- Proven ability to develop data-driven growth strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
