Shift: 7-on/7-off schedule
Hours: 5 PM – 8 AM (Saturday and Sunday shifts are 24 hours each)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver individualized patient care plans in a collaborative team setting.
- Work closely with clinical educators, preceptors, and supervisors to enhance professional development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, meeting all charting deadlines.
- Travel between patient locations, spending approximately 20 percent of your time on the road.

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience using tablets, mobile devices, and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
