What You Can Expect
- Deliver patient-centered acute care in patients’ homes as part of a collaborative team.
- Conduct virtual assessments, engage in continuous monitoring, and participate in team-based care planning.
- Play a critical role in expanding this groundbreaking care model.
- Access 24/7 support from onsite Hospital at Home providers.
- Enjoy a manageable RN-to-patient ratio of 6:1.
- Work onsite in a state-of-the-art facility (this is not a remote position).
- Flexible scheduling options, including 12-hour shifts (day or night) with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Night shift perks: Additional certification pay and 40 hours of PTO.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of acute care RN experience in a hospital or similar clinical setting.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Practice.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
