What you can expect from this role
- Patients receive in-home, acute patient-centered care from a professional, collaborative health care team including RNs, providers, paramedics and specialty technicians
- Hospital at Home support is available 24/7
- Support patients by virtually assessing, monitoring and collaborating on patient care
- Engage in the launch of this new program and be instrumental in its growth and potential
- Hospital at Home has onsite provider available 24/7
- RN/patient ratio of 6:1
- On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work
- Full-time and Part-time opportunities, day and night shift openings, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends/holidays.
- Certification pay available
- Additional 40 hours of PTO for night shift offered
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
- Experience: 3 year RN Experience in acute care
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
