Overview

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform procedures such as IV insertion, catheterization, spinal taps, and MDS assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients’ progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide support in urgent care settings as needed.
Experience
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Experience in internal medicine or medical office settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs assessments and other nursing procedures.
- Familiarity with CT scans and urgent care protocols is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous for candidates.
