Shift Type: Nights (12-hour shifts, 1745-0600)
Salary Range: $30 - $38.82/hour (based on experience; shift differentials & Clinical Pathway available)
Currently Offering a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Relocation Bonus: $2,000 (if relocating to Lawton, OK)
Position Overview:
Join a dynamic healthcare team in Norman, OK, as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Stepdown Unit, offering opportunities to grow and thrive in a supportive, patient-centered environment. As part of our team, you'll provide critical care to patients requiring close monitoring and assistance post-surgery or serious illness.
We are currently offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, and if you're relocating to Lawton, OK, you'll also be eligible for a $2,000 relocation bonus (must have a new Lawton address).
Requirements:
- Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma – Required
- At least 6 months of nursing experience – Required
- Current NIH Certification or willingness to obtain – Required
- BSN – Preferred
- Certification Requirements:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
- NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) – Required
