This role requires expertise in strategic financial planning, global manufacturing oversight, and cross-functional leadership to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, cost performance analysis, and forecasting to drive key business decisions and financial optimization.
- Spearhead financial modeling, investment strategies, and strategic planning to enhance business growth and profitability.
- Direct the consolidation of global Operations Finance figures, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all locations.
- Collaborate with Controllership to improve and streamline financial closing processes while maintaining accuracy.
- Lead and develop the Operations Finance team, driving monthly reporting, performance analysis, capital investment projects, and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and improve operational performance.
- Manage multiple deliverables and prioritize business needs to enhance team and company-wide financial performance.
- Influence and coach both financial and non-financial stakeholders, ensuring a broad understanding of financial strategies.

- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience advising and influencing both financial and non-financial teams within an organization
