Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial operations across global manufacturing facilities, optimizing the manufacturing footprint to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Spearhead strategic planning, investments, and financial modeling to ensure alignment with company goals, fostering long-term success and profitability.
- Oversee global consolidation of Operations Finance figures, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions.
- Drive budgeting, cost performance analysis, and monthly forecasting processes to support key business decisions.
- Collaborate with Controllership to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Lead the Operations Finance team through monthly reporting, performance analysis, capital investment projects, and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to business partners, supporting decision-making and enhancing overall operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 8 years in finance manufacturing
- 3 years in a people management role
- Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
- MBA
- Experience coaching and influencing both financial and non-financial staff
