Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Containers, Ground-Level Offices, Singlewide Modular Structures, and more.
- 40% Outbound Prospecting | 30% Inbound Inquiry Conversion | 30% Account Development & Site Visits.
- Identify key customers, industries, and market segments for growth opportunities.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and actively convert leads.
- Offer turnkey space solutions and value-added products to customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication and on-site visits.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored consultative solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer engagement and sales performance.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and provide insights to leadership.
Quoting, Pricing & Negotiation
- Use a consultative sales approach to maximize pricing and lease rates.
- Prepare competitive quotes and negotiate terms to drive sales.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Reporting & Team Collaboration
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
- Meet weekly goals for outbound calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and customer support teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of outbound prospecting or sales experience.
- Willingness to make 40 outbound calls per day.
- Comfortable being in the office full-time.
- Ability to travel 10%-20% for field visits.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
