Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Other EMR
• Practice Partner EMR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver’s License (DL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Overview

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a dedicated Home Health Admission RN to join their extraordinary care team in Brentwood, PA. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree, an RN license, and relevant experience in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care plans
• Collaborate with the care team to provide quality patient care
• Meet critical charting deadlines
• Self-manage time and schedule effectively
• Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
  
  

Schedule and Shift Details

• Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 3 admissions per day
• Flex/Admin Day: 1 day per week (preferably Monday or Thursday)
  
  

Location & Travel

• City/State: Brentwood, PA
• Territory/Driving Expectation: 20–25 miles surrounding the posted location
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Prior home health (HH) or hospice experience
• At least 1 year of medical-surgical (med/surg) experience
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  
  

Excluded Experience

• Private duty, dialysis, or other limited-scope areas
  
  

Compensation

• Salary: $75K–$80K (salaried role)
