Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Sell mobile phones, accessories, and service plans
- Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Educate customers on current promotions and device features
- Process activations, upgrades, and payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays
- Handle customer issues with professionalism
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn POS systems
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
