What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Metro by T-Mobile?
As a Metro By T-Mobile Sales representative your responsibilities will be:
1. You will enthusiastically greet and welcome the customers at they enter the location
2. Ask question to find out the reason for the customers visit.
3. Assist customers with product and service inquries while providing exceptional customer servie to enhance their shopping experience.
4. Handle cash and credit/debit card transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and POS systems.
5. Collaborate with sales team members and management to achieve store sales goals
6. Collaborate with sales team members to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front and back of of the location, including receiving and stocking inventory, product displays, internal and external store signage and merchandising, and trash.
7. Utilizise strong communication skills while engaging with customers and utilizing avaiable resources to overcome language barriers.
8. Upselling and bundling products and services including accessories to increase sales profits.

*Phone sales experience is preferred.
*Base Pay starting $11 to $13 per hour Commission.
