Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned territories. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
Duties
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce, including tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
