What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agent position at Metro Cars?
Join our amazing team of professionals! Metro Cars is an elite transportation company with corporate offices in Taylor MI. We have several corporate brands all over the nation. In our communications center, our dispatchers and customer service representatives, book rides, troubleshoot issues and direct the drivers 24/7. We are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who can multitask and can perform well under pressure. Customer service experience is required . Extensive training will be provided on all communication systems. We are looking to fill this position immediately as travel is on the rise! Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

Schedule: Candidate must be able to adhere to the following schedule.
- Friday - Tuesday
- 2:00PM - 10:00PM
- Wednesday and Thursday OFF
Job Type: Full-time
