Duties
Depending on your skills and interests, you might find yourself assisting customers with their financial needs, developing marketing campaigns, analyzing data, supporting our technology infrastructure, etc. As a member of our team, you would be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to our operational success.
Experience
We are looking for individuals who possess a variety of skills and experiences! Some specific skills that would be beneficial in all roles would be:
- Previous experience in customer service or client services roles
- Proficiency in office tasks, including data entry or specific program knowledge, and potentially cash handling
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is beneficial
