Essential Job Functions:
Conducts routine financial transactions for members within established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals, etc.)
Assesses member needs and introduces new products and services.
Makes sales referrals, suggests alternate channels and cross-sells products and services.
Builds trusted relationships, member loyalty and satisfaction, and ensures one-touch member resolution.
Complies with regulatory requirements.
Manages risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses.
Resolves routine member issues and provides relevant information.

Education and Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools
