Retail Internship

Essential Job Functions:  Conducts routine financial transactions for members within established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals, etc.) Assesses member needs and introduces new products and services. Makes sales referrals, suggests alternate channels and cross-sells products and services. Builds trusted relationships, member loyalty and satisfaction, and ensures one-touch member resolution. Complies with regulatory requirements. Manages risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses. Resolves routine member issues and provides relevant information.   Requirements:         Education and Experience  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools Skills/Knowledge/Certifications Good communication and report writing skills. Good interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels in the organization. Good organizational skills with attention to detail Good analytical skills including the ability to research, analyze, and present investigative findings to management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking. Team player with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
