Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable form of insured transportation
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians
- The ability to lift 25 or more pounds as necessary
Job Duties:
- Provide Supervision to ABA Technicians.
- Train/teach each staff member and parent on their client/child's specific IPOS and behavior treatment plan before services begin.
- Develop child-specific skill acquisition programs and/or behavior treatment intervention plans in accordance with the principles of ABA therapy.
- Monitor and adjust behavior plan throughout treatment period in accordance with the child's progression.
- Submit weekly supervision notes for each client with what was covered during supervision, progress on goals and behavior graphing via our electronic medical record.
- Conduct initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, etc) at intake and every 6 months thereafter and document findings in our electronic medical record.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training workshops.

Salary:
- $62,800-$81,884 per year productivity bonus potential
Sign on Bonus:
- $2,500 paid out first pay period along with base salary. The remaining $2,500 paid out the first pay period after your 6-month anniversary along with base salary.
- Two-year commitment – prorated payback if employee leaves company before their two-year anniversary.
