MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to work at our neighborhood pediatric therapy center!
The Clinic Director is responsible for oversight of all clinical (OT, PT, SLP, ABA, Mental Health, Nutrition, etc.) services within their assigned clinic(s), including productivity, revenue, billing, cost containment, scheduling efficiency, clinical staffing, and supervision of all therapies provided, from a quality, effectiveness, efficiency, customer service, documentation, and training standpoint. The Clinic Director works closely with the leadership team, Regional Operations Manager, managers, and leads to ensure the center is operating efficiently and the needs of the clients, their families, and staff are met.

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy provides services at our therapy centers across Southeast Michigan as well as staffing services for special education and healthcare facilities across the state. Our unique strategy to assist others involves many therapy disciplines in one location, creating ease for caregivers of children that may need this approach to succeed. Our services include ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy. Affordable screenings for Speech-Language development, fine & gross motor development, sensory impairment, and autism are also offered.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree or higher from an applicable accredited program.
- Licensed in the State of Michigan to practice OT, SLP, or Behavior Analytics.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable form of insured transportation.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
- 3 years of experience leading multidiscipline clinical staff.
- Experience with a variety of EMR systems, Raintree experience preferred.
Job Duties:
- Promote an environment of and foster positivity, collaboration, best practices, and professionalism in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of MetroEHS to consistently deliver high quality therapy services throughout the clinic.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to implement company policies and procedures.
- Work with discipline directors, managers, HR, and recruiting to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Assist with HR/Payroll to approve timecards and PTO for all clinical staff (SLPs/OTs/PTs/ BCBAs/ Mental Health/ Nutrition, etc.)
- Work with discipline director, managers and leads to ensure staff are appropriately trained, onboarded, mentored and competent to perform their duties.
- Monitor clinic KPls and collaborate frequently with the Leadership Team, Regional Operations Manager, Managers/ Leads, and all clinic staff for clinic improvement and quality efforts to ensure KPls are achieved or exceeded.
- Efficiently investigate, problem solve, and resolve or propose resolutions to client, employee, or clinic conflict, complaints, concerns, or safety issuesMonitor financial KPls for clinic, by actively participating in budgeting and goal setting process for the clinic in partnership with the leadership team and regional operations manager.
- Ensure staff and client compliance with MetroEHS policies and procedures (attendance, financial care policy, health and wellness, etc.).
- Maintain a part-time caseload.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor/ leadership team.

Salary:
- Starting salary of $85,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
- Clinic Director Bonus Potential not included in base salary
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40-45 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, typically, 9am-6pm
