Description
Interior Customer Service Representatives interact with our customers from the time they pull into the express interior bay until they leave in a shiny, clean car. You will work beside our leadership team with a focus on learning how to uphold the Metro Standard. Which consists of our core values while keeping focus on a great team environment, customer service, and excellence. Greets and assists customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attention
- Guide cars to the optimal interior lane to enhance the speed and quality of the customer experience
- Perform express interior car wash services; including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and dry off the exterior of the car after the wash
- Wash dirty towels used in the cleaning process and fold clean towels for immediate use
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and clutter-free conditions throughout the interior area and property.
- Monitor towel usage and replenish supplies as needed
Requirements

- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending and stretching as required
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, cleaning or a similar role is a plus
- Integrity and passion for customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time during your shift
- Willingness to contribute to a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and protocols
