The Sales/Will Call Associate is primarily responsible for managing and operating the fire extinguisher and Knox products at the Will Call counter. As a Retail Sales Associate you will undertake a variety of tasks such as, but not limited to, processing new orders, assisting customers, and processing payments.
Responsibilities
Process new orders
Contact customers for order pickup.
Process payments
Complete invoices
Prepare invoices for repair, service, and purchase of fire extinguishers.
Prepare invoices for Knox products
Communicate with other departments to fulfill orders.
Process credit cards, check and cash payments.
May have other responsibilities if needed
Requirements:HS Diploma/GED
Professional attitude and appearance
Able to work 7:15AM – 3:45PM
Possess strong customer service skills.
Microsoft Office
Able to start work at scheduled time, end work at scheduled time, follow-up on all missed calls, answer all incoming calls, etc.
Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized to maintain accurate record keeping.
Excellent Communication Skills: expresses self clearly and effectively when speaking and writing with internal and external customers.
Multi-task: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
