Responsibilities
- Operate cash drawer efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Utilize retail math skills to handle cash and provide change accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to facilitate a smooth gaming experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the casino area
- Support management initiatives by promoting to customers as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service and cash handling.
Experience
- Previous experience in a gaming environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and gaming processes is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse customers.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
