Job Summary
Metro Property is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our extended stay hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue
- Track sales activity, generate reports, and meet monthly targets
- Identify and pursue new corporate and group business opportunities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to build relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with operations to ensure client needs are met
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks and assist with miscellaneous operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of local market and extended stay segment a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
