Junk Removal Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our operations, including loading and unloading materials, driving routes, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Duties

• Load and unload materials from junk removal jobs.
• Provide exceptional customer service during jobs and interactions.
• Assist with moving heavy items as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the truck and on jobs.
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the junk removal laborer role is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 100 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with route driving is advantageous.
• Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
