Job Description:
Cooperative seeks full-time receptionist/administrative assistant for busy Queens Village office. This role is essential in customer service and all aspects of office management. The ideal candidate will be an upbeat team player with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. Prior co-op experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Address shareholder inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships
- Organize and maintain sales packages
- Manage the office supplies and inventory
- Open and distribute the mail accordingly
- Communicate with vendors and our maintenance team to assist shareholders
- Provide Administrative support to Assistant Property Manager and General Manager
- Any other office related projects
Skills:
- Experience in Customer Service
- Above par written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Computer Savvy
- Time Management Skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications
- Knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets/Forms is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
