Weekly Pay $25-$35 (DOE)
Includes shift differential:
Work 3.5 days = 42 hours/week = Rest of Week OFF!
B shift) Mon, Tue, Wed (6:00pm-6:00am) & Thursday (6:00pm-12:00am)
C shift) Thursday (12:00pm-6:00pm) & Fri, Sat, Sun (6:00am-6:00pm)
D shift) Thursday (12:00am-6:00am) & Fri, Sat, Sun (6:00pm-6:00am)
40-hour week:
2nd shift) Monday–Friday (3:00pm - 11:00pm)
3rd shift) Sunday–Thursday (11:00pm - 7:00am)

The experienced Process Technician will ensure proper operation of molding and press equipment in an efficient and safe manner for maximum production quality.
Essential Functions:
- Create, set up and run new product sample jobs
- Defines molding profiles
- Set up machines and other job related equipment to work instructions
- Perform daily start up and shut down of machines and related equipment
- Initiate BOM and ECO changes as required
- Troubleshoot presses, equipment, molding process, and cycles as required
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot tooling problems
- Input and utilize data in MRP system for correct operation and maximum efficiency of presses and equipment
- Write programs, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to robots in the department
Qualifications, Education, Skills, and/or Experience Required:
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 7-10 years experience as a Plastic Molding Process Technician
- Paulson training & certifications
- Pay (DOE) is depending upon specific thermoset, injection, & blow molding experience & education
- Efficient in Microsoft Suite products including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must have overhead cranes experience and ability to operate forklift
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Periodic to continuous standing, sitting, twisting, kneeling, climbing, and walking throughout the day
- Able to withstand exposure to heat, noise, dust, fumes, oil and water
