Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Assist the Security Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day security
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and inspections to gain a
- Support the development and implementation of security strategies tailored
Leadership Development:
- Engage in leadership training and mentorship provided by the Security
- Take on increasing responsibilities over time, including supervising security
- Develop skills in conflict resolution, team management, and strategic
Performance Management:
- Assist in the evaluation of security personnel performance, providing
