Summary:
The National Account Manager - Security Industry will serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and the respective client contacts and must be able to manage all aspects of a national portfolio. The National Account Manager will ultimately be responsible for overseeing the entire performance management process along with contractual compliance, monthly and quarterly reporting, emergency response coordination, and direction of our of customized programs.
National Account Manager Daily Duties:
· Maintain effective communication with corporate and their respective dedicated team to facilitate and coordinate activity with our field operations as necessary to ensure contract compliance, timely response, and deliverables on all on-going action items.
· Serve as the liaison between our National Accounts Group and Executive Leadership Team overseeing National Account Management and Quality Control.
· Provide oversight to ensure and maintain consistent services nationally through coordinated communication, benchmarking and quality assurance metrics (utilizing Tableau as our predictive analytics and quality metrics KPI platform).
· Work to identify, analyze, and solve concerns that will create opportunities to increase both security and risk mitigation awareness, with the ultimate goal of limiting unnecessary liability for the client while maintaining service continuity in heightened and emergency situations.
· Develop and maintain productive relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure open communication when situations warrant additional presence or response.
· Empowered with flexibility to create customized programs that provide meaningful measurement and results.
· Develop and coordinate specific audits to measure the success of our operational, training, and quality assurance programs.
· Measure traditional and more progressive metrics, as well as provide a model that outlines service expectations within a key delivery and reporting structure.
· Respond with urgency to client concerns. Document deficiencies noted during site visits and follow-up with appropriate communication, training, instructions, etc., providing client with corrective action taken.
· Identify prospective clients in targeted industries and work collaboratively with business insights group to generate sales leads for future growth
· Ensure compliance to post orders, uniform requirements, retraining and licensing requirements.
National Account Manager Key Required Skills:
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Familiarly with HR and scheduling software programs, Kronos preferred
· Outgoing personality with strong organizational, leadership and customer service mentality
· Experience in client relations
· High energy, excellent focus, success-driven, team player
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure meeting continuing deadlines
· Advanced computer skills
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
National Account Manager Requirements:
· 5 years of Account Management
· Bachelors Degree in Business/Management or related field , or a minimum of 10 years verifiable management experience in a closely related field required in lieu of a degree. Masters Degree a plus
· Law Enforcement & Military experience preferred
· Travel as dictated by client and or project activity
· Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
