We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and unit owners. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process and record customer payments, ensuring correct account allocation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe
- Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
- Team player who can handle changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
