Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our portfolio of condominium associations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property or community association management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for condo boards, residents, and vendors.
· Prepare and manage annual budgets; monitor expenses and financial reports.
· Collect association dues, manage accounts receivable/payable, and assist with financial audits.
· Ensure compliance with association bylaws, CC&Rs, and state/local regulations.
· Coordinate and attend board meetings; prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and management reports.
· Address resident concerns and resolve disputes in a timely, professional manner.
· Conduct regular property inspections to ensure community standards are met.
· Facilitate insurance claims and ensure adequate coverage for the association.
Qualifications
· 1 years of experience in property management, preferably with condo associations or HOAs.
· Knowledge of condominium law, association governance, and relevant state regulations.
· Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Buildium , AppFolio, Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
· Certified Manager Community Associations ( license or equivalent (preferred).
· Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred).
